Considering the amount of money that has clearly been invested in this place with a prime spot in the Frascati Centre with huge frontage and signage overlooking the main street, this place is a huge disappointment.
The breakfast menu was as basic as a neighbourhood fry up cafe, they have a sandwich deli resembling what you find in Spar or Centra, sell packs of crisps, sweets etc. There is no table service. We didn’t stay to eat and can’t rate the service either.
With the location, view and size of the kitchen, this place could be a go-to fancy restaurant but instead it’s absolutely wasted.

Looking in the door it's seems to be a very inviting place. Very spacious inside with a good view of Blackrock. Breakfast items looked delicious so I decided to have breakfast,when I tucked in I was very disappointed as it was stone cold, (No attempt made to heat it up).
Toast was a bit rubbery. I give one star for the lovely coffee . If you want to have a piping hot breakfast this is definitely not the establishment to come to.
